Pick a type:
- Defect — something's broken or not working as expected.
- Enhancement Request — a feature you'd like to see.
- Support Request — you need help with something.
- Manual Data Override — you need something in your record corrected that you can't fix yourself.
- Other — anything that doesn't fit the above.
Add a comment describing what happened or what you'd like, and attach a screenshot or document if it helps. Submitting sends it straight to the ReadyHelm team by email — you don't need to wait for a response to keep using the app.
The more specific you can be — what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead — the faster we can act on it.
